Think of all of the added deliciousness there is in our lives because of condiments.
Do you have a favorite condiment for which you feel thankful?
Or is there something else you’re grateful for today?
Will you tell us about it in the comments?

I admit, I am a huge fan of ketchup, especially on my French fries. But what’s ketchup without mustard? So I am also grateful for mustard too. Probably my favorite indulgent condiment though is truffle oil mayo-SO delicious on Belgian style garlic French fries. Mmm, I wish it was lunchtime!
I recently discovered a product called “Ketchipotle”. It’s a ketchup mixed with chipotle peppers… just the right amount of smoky heat to make it taste good on everything… fries, burgers, etc. It’s hard to find, but worth the search.
I also couldn’t cook without Sriracha chili sauce. YUM!
I really like bbq sauce, honey mustard, secret sauce and horsey sauce.
I am thankful for salsa. Hot, mild, medium, red, green, fruit, chunky, blended. It’s all so good!
I am thankful for ketchup. It makes my world a tastier place. I’m also thankful for Arctic Circle for introducing me to “fry sauce” which is kind of like Russian dressing. I hadn’t thought of it in years until a recent trip to Utah.
I’m thankful for sriracha and ketchup, which I finally tried together a few days ago after seeing my husband mix them a million times, and I was surprised at how delicious the combination was. Also, soy sauce.
I’m thankful for ketchup, just the right amount, mixed with egg yolk.
(Try 2 teaspoons)
I am thankful that my friend Daryl brought me lots of pungent spices from India. Mmmmm. I also am in love with capers.
I’m thankful for “Horsey” sauce from Lion’s Choice (there are still plenty in St. Louis) or, if all else fails, mayo and ketchup mixed. All with fries.
I love dijon mustard, horseradish, and all of the eccentrically flavored jams my husband gives me on special occasions.
